General
I accept Throne gifts in exchange for my art services. Commissions are open for friends only.--- My artwork is made with 100% real, natural, stupidity. I have aphantasia (caused by a traumatic brain injury in 2017) and cannot envision what I want to draw in my head. I source a lot of my inspirations (poses, colour palettes, and moodboards) from Pinterest.---I accept flat colour, digital references only. This may come in the form of a proper front/back reference sheet (preferred), or multiple flat colour reference images. I do NOT accept shaded reference sheets or traditional references.--- Do not send unsolicited Not Safe For Work (NSFW) or lewd images for reference unless specifically requested to. I am not comfortable with NSFW being sent to me out of the blue.---I started as a canine, slim body, all femme artist. I struggle a little bit with new species, muscular / very large bodies, detailed feathers, scales, and male bodies. I may politely decline your commission inquiry if your character is a species I’m incredibly ill-practiced with.---Do not send images of your character appearing underage in any way. I draw adults, not children. Suggestive images of minor characters sent to me will result in being blocked and a place in my blacklist.---Do not send me feral or quadrupedal NSFW of real or drawn animals.Two legged, bipedal, anthropomorphic characters with human-like or purely fantasy genitalia ONLY. Don't have anything designed? Ask and I will design some for you.---Do not delete my artwork / designs off of ToyHou.se if sent or transferred on the site. You are free to resell, gift, or trade the character you’ve received from me twenty-four (24) hours after purchase. Please do not up-sell the character without adding value to the character.
Public Blacklist
---Blacklisting is primarily reserved for more serious matters. Criteria to end up on here is; zoophile, feral / quad NSFW, pedophile / MAP, loli / shota / cub / underage NSFW, pro-ship / pro-fiction, or using image / chat / character AI programs. Scammers, grifters, art and character thieves, and those with active / recent bewares will be blacklisted.---Any characters bought or made by me must be redesigned if you are blacklisted. I do not agree with my artwork being used by people I do not trust whatsoever.

No to Generative AI and NFTs
---I do not, nor will I ever, agree to having my artwork fed to an image generating AI or treated as an NFT. This is massively disrespectful to human artists. If you support and/or use GenAI, I ask that you do not support me. You cannot ethically support human artists if you are also actively advancing soulless art-thieving robots.---Generated/Artificial Image servers steal from artists’, living and deceased, portfolios. This includes photography, digital artistry, and 3D modeling asset portfolios. The amount of garbage generated images flooding the art market is harming new artists wanting to enter the market by causing artstyle skepticism. Non Fungible Tokens are stupid money laundering grifts that profit off the same idea of character creators. NFTs are a capitalistic stain on the art market.

Adult Clients Only and ID Verification
---I do not work with minors/anyone under the age of twenty (20) as per personal preference. I will not accept commissions on a minor's or person under twenty’s (20) behalf either. I am a responsible adult that only works with other adults and prefers adult clientele.---Age verification is required to commission NSFW (Not Safe For Work) materials from me. If your age is unclear or if i am uncertain, I will ask for ID verification. You are free to delete the image of your ID once age is confirmed. Failure to provide verification for NSFW materials will result in being muted/blocked.Credit and Watermark
---Please credit me in your post as the artist if you are posting or showing off my work. --- While my watermark and socials may be included on the piece, it’s not always readable due to quality drops when posting or cropping to use as icons/banners. Do not purposefully crop out, edit, or remove my watermark and claim art as your own.Commercial and Personal Usage
---As the artist, I have full permission to post artwork I’ve made to my social sites and use as examples, UNLESS stated otherwise by the commissioner.---Commissioned artwork can be used for personal usage only. Commissioner is permitted by default to use artwork for profile pictures, banners, emojis, stickers (physical/digital,) badges (physical,) and posters (physical.) Physical items cannot be added to characters worth as artwork used was already paid for.---Commissioner cannot use paid for artwork for profit or self-advertisement of products and services. This means the commissioner cannot produce profitable merchandise with the commissioned artwork from me. The commissioner also may not use physical items, with my artwork intended for personal use, for advertisement or examples of services.---My artwork cannot be used for hatred or oppression towards any minority group, abuse towards animals or children, or political propaganda. I do not stand for : racism, xenophobia, misogyny, anti-semitism, zoophilia, paedophilia, domestic violence, police brutality, facism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia, genocide, problematic shipping, anti-vaccination, Trump, MAGA, Blue Lives Matter, Generative AI, NFTs, ICE/the illegal abduction of humans.
